The Golden Egg Book, by Margaret Wise Brown, is a classic, timeless Easter tale that can be enjoyed by children and parents. Young children will enjoy the egg shaped silhouettes that contain the story on each page along with the softly drawn shapes of the animals. Making predictions comes easily while children are listening to this book. As we're reading we stop and talk about what will happen next.
